Larvae of Selenisa sueroides attack desiccated weed stems, citrus trunk wraps and subcanopy irrigation tubing in citrus groves in Florida. In studies in 1987, 5 species of parasitoids were reared from immature stages of the pest. Brachymeria ovata and B. robusta were reared from pupae, Gambrus ultimus from prepupae and pupae, and Chetogena sp. and Euplectrus comstockii from larvae. The first 4 species were new host records. none
