    none During 1974-75 and 1975-76, ber trees, Zizyphus mauritiana of the Surendra Bag situated near Bhavnagar were reported to be damaged by a heavy but sporadic attack of mealy bugs. It was observed to infest Ber trees by way of clustering upon the leaves, terminal shoots and fruits of Ber trees. The mealy bugs were collected and identified as Nipaecoccus vastator (Mask.).
