Sixty-one braconid species of the subfamilies Meteorinae and Blacinae are recorded from Hungary and the adjacent countries within the Carpathian Basin. Eight meteorine and five blacine species are new to the fauna of Hungary. New records are given for: Meteorus affinis, M. brevicauda, M. eadyi, M. jaculator, M. pallipes, M. sulcatus, M. unicolor, M. vexator, Blaconeteorus pusillus, Blacus conformis, B. mamillanus, B. robustus and B. varius.
