Peridroma saucia (Hb.)was found on globe artichokes in the Department of La Plata, Argentina, and the biology of the noctuid was studied in the field and in the laboratory. There were 3-4 diminishing or destroying the commercial value of the crop. Parasites reared from the pupae comprised ichneumonids of the genus Macrojoppa and Gonia lineata Macq.; Litomastix bakeri (How.) was reared from the larvae. These are new host records for these parasites. none
