no species none The phoracanthine genus Epithora, with its unique species E. dorsalis (Macleay), is reviewed and redescribed. Life history, host relations and natural enemies are observed. Results show that this species varies greatly morphologically, has one generation a year in Victoria, attacks sickly and newly felled trees of the Myrtaceae genera Angophora and Eucalyptus, and clerid predators, and braconid and encyrtid parasitoids are associated with this species.
